What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 10.00–22.00. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I get to the clinic? Is there parking?

Our clinic is in Keçiören, on 1470. Sokak in Yayla Mahallesi. We have a car park. You can also get here by minibus (dolmuş) and bus.

How can I change my appointment?

Call us or send a WhatsApp message before your appointment time, and we will find a new time that suits you.

First examination

What should I bring to my first examination?

Your ID, a list of the medicines you take regularly and any dental X-rays taken previously are enough.

Are X-rays taken at the examination?

Only if needed. You will be told which imaging is requested and why.

How long does the first appointment take?

Usually 30–45 minutes. It may take a little longer if imaging is needed.

Is treatment done on the first day?

If there is an urgent problem such as pain, the necessary intervention can be made on the first day. Otherwise, the examination and planning come first; treatment starts once we have decided on it together.

Where can I find out about payment methods?

You can ask about payment options by phone or during your examination.

Treatments

When will I know my treatment plan and its duration?

After the examination and any necessary imaging. The sessions and the timeline are set out in your written treatment plan.

Will I feel anything during treatment?

Most procedures are done under local anaesthesia. Your dentist will explain beforehand what you may feel; if you feel uncomfortable, you can ask them to stop.

Are treatment results the same for everyone?

No. Results depend on each person’s mouth, general health and oral care. We recommend discussing your expectations with your dentist.

Children

When should I first bring my child to the dentist?

The general recommendation in paediatric dentistry is a first examination after the first teeth come in, around the age of one. You can discuss the right time with your dentist.

Do primary teeth need treatment if they will fall out anyway?

Primary teeth matter for chewing, speech and holding space for the permanent teeth coming in underneath. Whether treatment is needed is decided at the examination.
