This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) to inform you about your personal data processed through our website and appointment form. The Turkish version of this notice is the binding text.

2. What data do we process?
- Appointment form: name, phone number and a convenient time; optionally the topic you choose and your note.
- Server logs: the IP address, date and time and the page requested, kept by the hosting server for security when you visit the website.
We do not ask for information about your health in the form. Please do not write health information in the note field; your dentist will ask for what is needed at the examination.
3. For what purposes?
- To respond to your appointment request and schedule your appointment
- To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing or newsletters.
4. Legal grounds
Data in the appointment form is processed because it is directly related to establishing a contract at your request (Law Art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f). Server logs are based on being provided for by law (Art. 5/2-a) and on compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
5. How do we collect it?
Data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, when you fill in the appointment form and visit the website.
6. Who do we share it with?
Your data is stored on the servers of the company that hosts the website. If requested by legally authorised public authorities, it may be shared with them only to the extent requested. The content of the form is not sent by email.
If you write to us using the WhatsApp link, your conversation is processed on the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure and may be transferred to servers abroad. Using this channel is optional; you can also reach us by phone.
7. How long do we keep it?
Appointment form records are deleted within 6 months at the latest after we have responded to your request. Server logs are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of the Law; to request that these actions be notified to those to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can send your application in writing to the address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by email to info@yodente.com. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
